Very comprehensive, I am always on the lookout for “ROI” discussions and added a pair here that I’d missed so thank you for the collection. Selling social media for those of us in the trade seems very obvious but not as easy when we run into marketers who want to run another TV spot as the safe bet in tough times.

As a marketer catering to the legal industry, became linked to a suspicious blogger writing about a legal firm. What I uncovered, is a textbook example of the unethical online exploitation business leave themselves vulnerable to, when they are not actively owning their online conversation.
