- Led market research and analysis that defined the overall user experience and website plan for AOL’s redesigned AOL.com website. Also developed and directed comprehensive marketing programs to re-brand the redesigned website and drive traffic.
- Developed content strategies, product templates and requirements documents for Email newsletters and Email subscription process for Revolution Health.
